Weight Loss 2012

I haven't posted in a while but I have still been cooking.  The pressures of the Christmas season have gotten in the way but I promise I will start posting again.  I need to start cooking healthy food again.  There was too much fat food indulgence this Christmas.  I started last year trying to get healthier by planning menus and it worked.  I hate to admit it but I started the year weighing 236 lbs and then I went on to LOSE 37 lbs.  Still feels good to say that.  I'm really happy with what I've accomplished this year but this is only the beginning.  I have a goal to lose 50 more lbs.  Wish me luck!

  1. I think it's wonderful you've managed to loose so much weight. I'd love to be able to loose some of my extra and have decided that I've got to make changes in my diet and lifestyle if that is going to happen. I wish you luck in meeting your goal of loosing another 50 pounds. Happy weekend.

  2. You did really well. I started changing my way of eating in September, lost 10 and then Christmas came and I am not going to weigh until the end of January. Went back to eating with thought and planning at the start of January again. Sending positive thoughts your way for 2013 success with your plans.
