Day 1 Week 6

Breakfast was very indulgent today.  I started with a chocolate croissant (oh no).  So for lunch, I had a bowl (cereal sized) of grapes and dinner was ginger orange beef (recipe is on my blog).


PS I bought a hula hoop.  Let's see if I remember how to do it ;).  Should be good exercise.
